In 2019, 103 young people of both sexes, aged between 18 and 35 years old, had the opportunity to develop professional skills and experiences through internships in several Departments at Cornelder de Moçambique (CdM).

It was the record year for the full implementation of a traditional program to support recently graduated students and technicians who have benefited from a platform made available every year, aimed at strengthening the education of Mozambican staff seeking opportunities in the employment sector.
